Summer weekends bring beach traffic and full parking near Seacliff and Rio Del Mar, so a weekday pickup is usually easier. The rainy season runs roughly November through March. If your pickup falls in a wet week, clearing a garage or covered porch to stage the pieces helps keep them dry while they are packed.
