Wonderful experience Within 3 hours I was able to arrange the shipment of a piece of furniture of great sentimental value, via 2 e-mails and a lovely staff person who worked with me on the phone.Pick up was on time and price and contract seemed fair. The item arrived on time after a journey of 2,000 miles.I felt quite grateful.

Arrived late and in good condition I didn't shop around much and the price seemed high but no complaints about service. Called to see where the 3 x 4 painting was a few days after it was scheduled to arrive and got an immediate and sound explanation.

Ship Smart was Excellent I used ShipSmart because I'd contracted another mover, who was holding onto my furniture in their Storage area and continued to increase my cost to ship from MD to San Francisco Bay Area, CA, from their original quote.I was appalled at their lack of ethics, and I thought I was going to have to call a lawyer to get my furniture.I called ShipSmart instead. They gave me a quote promptly and picked up my furniture within 2 days and it arrived about 1 week later and delivered inside.Saviors with a Smile and so professional. I'll never use any other mover but ShipSmart!!!

Thorough and trustworthy experience. Smart Ship is a great alternative to the large shipping companies. The team I worked with was thorough, explained in detail how the cross state shipping worked and answered questions along the way. Pre-arranged pickup and drop off dates were kept and the materials shipped were wrapped so there would not be any damages. Any concerns were taken care of immediately and communication was as frequent as I wanted it to be. The company also followed up to make sure the materials were delivered and I, as the customer, was satisfied with the experience. Shipping my Grandfather clock from Arizona to Michigan. The quote was double from nine hundred. They brought it down a couple hundred dollars. The creating was excellent and arrived undamaged. Good communication.Friendly just the quoting.....thumbs up. Do recommendship smart service.

Professional, Efficient, Well organized Excellent service

Efficient and Friendly service My delivery was for 2 antique dressers. My grandparents passed away and these were heirlooms, therefore precious to me. They had to travel from Stafford, VA to San Antonio, TX. A few bumps prior to pick-up didn't stop the delivery from happening. My mom was ill and had to cancel pick-up twice. Everyone was accommodating from pick-up to drop off. The delivery was the best in every respect.

Ship Smart Inc. I found Ship Smart in an online search, and decided to give them a call. I had 2 antique corner cabinets to ship from a storage area in Portland Or to Houston Tx.I had previously used UPS to send a grandfather clock and will never make that mistake again.This company was incredibly professional. Answered all the questions I had. They contacted a local company who came to storage area to pick up the cabinets. The people who arrived were also very professional and quick. They had all the necessary equipment to safely transport it in their truck back to their office, where they packed it for shipping. The entire process took about 2 weeks from the original call to delivery.When it was delivered, the company that handled that took them into the house, unwrapped them and placed them, and took the packing stuff with them, something I was happy to pay a little extra for.I am still amazed at how wonderful they are.
