Ship Smart was our best means of obtaining this small shipment in a reasonable time and at a fair price. It was all delivered and placed efficiently.

Grandma's China Goes Cross Country to Grandson A major shipping company referred us to Ship Smart due to the small size of our shipment. It was 18 medium size boxes containing Grandma's china, Xmas village, and a Halloween village plus some other collectibles. The quote process was easy as I weighed all the boxes to insure there would be no surprises. The pickup went off as scheduled. When it arrived cross country the boxes were on a pallet inside a wood box that contained padding materials. No damage and a happy customer. I would use them again.

Every step in the process was explained and emails sent to confirm and remind of dates and times. Moving company was thorough, careful and answered all questions. Delivery was on time, white glove treatment, and oh so careful with items/furniture. Not a single dish, crystal glassware, or piece of furniture was in any way harmed. Wow. Five Stars!

Their contractors were on time for pick up and delivery. Nothing was damaged. The price they quoted was the price I paid. Everyone was professional and helpful. Ship Smart is a great company Ship Smart is a great company for shipping furniture. Had an old roll top desk shipped from rural upstate New York to Seattle, Washington. They picked up the desk and had it delivered in a timely manner.

From the first phone call this was a … From the first phone call this was a very pleasant experience. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. Everything I was told was performed and/or completed in the estimated time and for the estimated price. The delivery was a little tough in that we were not there when the delivery truck arrived. The driver was very polite and patient and waited a few minutes for us to arrive. I couldn't be more happy with the service we received for the money paid.

I looked around at least 5 options Ship Smart was the best… I looked around at least 5 options on sending 44 boxes from Maryland to Las Vegas and Ship Smart was the best solution all around which included pricing, pickup, delivery, and options. I would use them in a minute if I had to move a bunch of boxes again.

Small move made easy! We had to move a few pieces of furniture and about 20 boxes from Pittsburgh to Long Island NY. The move was too small for major lines and ShipSmart was recommended as a possible solution. I contacted ShipSmart via phone and was able to obtain all of the information to proceed with the move. Although costly, the care taken from moving the items out of my home into the NY home was a definite selling point over shipping things via UPS or some other carrier. They secure the items and put them on a flat and then wrap that so that all of my belongings were in one group. The items arrived in NY a few days later. Would recommend for sure!
