My delivery was for 2 antique dressers. My grandparents passed away and these were heirlooms, therefore precious to me. They had to travel from Stafford, VA to San Antonio, TX. A few bumps prior to pick-up didn't stop the delivery from happening. My mom was ill and had to cancel pick-up twice. Everyone was accommodating from pick-up to drop off. I found Ship Smart in an online search, and decided to give them a call. I had 2 antique corner cabinets to ship from a storage area in Portland Or to Houston Tx. I had previously used UPS to send a grandfather clock and will never make that mistake again. This company was incredibly professional. Answered all the questions I had. They contacted a local company who came to storage area to pick up the cabinets. The people who arrived were also very professional and quick. They had all the necessary equipment to safely transport it in their truck back to their office, where they packed it for shipping. The entire process took about 2 weeks from the original call to delivery. When it was delivered, the company that handled that took them into the house, unwrapped them and placed them, and took the packing stuff with them, something I was happy to pay a little extra for. I tried the lower priced companies to try and save a buck and I was honestly disgusted with how they misrepresent themselves and the service that was to be provided. I paid ship mart more $ and was greeted by gentlemen and treated well on both ends of the move.
