When the crew arrived, they were professional, made sure they understood what was being shipped, packed the items up with a lot of care and were very careful with all the stuff. I wanted to ship an antique bed to my son in Washington. When a mover isn't warranted and the items would be a pain to ship on your own, I would highly recommend ShipSmart. I had a large antique coffee table, a big oil painting, some framed art and two cartons. It was all picked up without a hitch and arrived safely in a timely manner. I can only simply say, "The Best". The best people to work with, the best price, the best at meeting their scheduled delivery and pick-up, and more importantly the best value for the buck! My wife had to close her mother's home in San Antonio, TX and called me to say that she very much wanted to keep her Grandfather's Desk but seeing as she flew from Chicago to San Antonio I was pretty sure she wouldn't be able to check the desk through as luggage for the trip home. They show up when they say they will; they wrap and handle your goods with care; and they communicate to let you know cost, timing, etc., and when goods will be delivered. My last shipping required a pick up in two places and they handled it with no problems!When you have items too big to ship any other way (i.e. US Postal, UPS, etc) they are the shippers you should contact! You can also ship to multiple places when giving furniture to relatives in or out-of-state. I plan to use them again within the next 6 months!They are the BEST!

The shipment arrived when they said it would and their driver delivered it to the driveway. He called ahead, and unloaded the pallet, too.
