Excellent Service I had a very positive experience with Ship Smart during a very difficult, stressful period in my life. They helped ship my belongings back to me from another state safely during the COVID-19 pandemic and my interactions with all their staff were positive and friendly.

Best of the best! Shipsmart is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. We have used them twice, from New York to Florida and from New York to Texas. Not 1 item lost or broken! Clear prompt communication and everything went amazingly well both times. We highly recommend.

Then the virus hit and no one could come to do that. I asked for an extension on the time limit and have not had a response so am worried that my request was not recognized.

I was extremely pleased with Ship Smart I was extremely pleased with Ship Smart, from beginning to end of the process. It was so efficient, communication every step of the way was excellent, and the delivery was perfect. I compared a few shippers for my small shipment and this was the best option. I made a good choice in Ship Smart. I had only a few items, a sofa, four dining room chairs and two easy chairs I had inherited from a relative that I wanted moved from D.C. to NYC. Ship Smart took good care of them. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Worth the Investment Excellent communication from start to finish. White glove timely delivery. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for and I wouldn’t hesitate using their services again.

Shipment arrived well-packaged with no damage; took a bit longer than promised, but only a couple of days. My only complaint - sometimes it was difficult to get through on the phone to coordinate things.

Ship Smart was an excellent choice for…my move of a few items across country! Ship Smart was an excellent choice for me for shipping a bike, a mattress, some chairs, and a bunch of boxed household items across country. It took a week, which was excellent...and all the items on the pallet had been padded/packed so thoroughly and with such care, there wasn’t even a scratch on anything. This was the best move I’ve had. I will definitely use them again for smallish shipments.

Everything went beautifully. Everything went beautifully from first contact to delivery of abookcase from St. Louis to San Antonio. The delivery herewas perfect and the bookcase wonderfully crated and protected.When my friend arranged to remove my old bookcase, using a commercial dolly we then unwrapped the bookcase and it was in perfect condition, not a scratch. Again with the use of the dolly.it is now lovingly ensconced in my office where I can remembermy dear sister who died on Dec. 19, 2019. Thank you so muchfor such excellent service and being easy to work with.

Shipped family furniture from CA to Tx Shipped some family furniture from Ca to Tx. It was handled with care and couldn’t be more happy with the price and service for pick up and delivery. Would use them again. I would give 5 stars but the shipment took longer than I desired. But in the end it was only 3 weeks. It all worked out just fine.
