Great people that helped every step of the way I can't say enough good things about Ship Smart. I was handling my father's estate in Connecticut and need to have items shipped to Texas, Virginia and South Carolina. I couldn't find anyone until I found Ship Smart. From my first contact to the last contact everyone was helpful. The whole process was easy and the people were great to deal with. All shipments were delivered in a timely manner and nothing was lost or broken.

PA to CA Moved from PA to CA last year and had the pleasure of having Ship smart handle my move of 24 plastic containers and a peloton bike. The pick up with smooth and the turnaround time was quick! Five Star Service When my mother in law passed away at 104 years, my wife decided to move some family items from California to Colorado including framed pictures, china, silverware and her fathers wooden desk. I called Bekins who I have used in the past. The representative told me the shipment was to small for the big carriers and highly recommended I call Ship Smart and provided me with the phone number. The process was extremely professional from start to delivery today. I will recommend Ship Smart to anyone looking for a small load to an entire home for packing and transportation. Efficient & informative. ShipSmart was actually recommended to me by one of the large movers as my shipment was relatively small & I wasn’t in a hurry to receive it. The movers who packed me up, including my grandfather clock, were on time, efficient and kept me informed. Illinois to Florida is a long move & I was concerned about my clock & belongings. When my items arrived I was pleased to see that my clock was beautifully boxed up & arrived in perfect condition. While I did have a small glitch in my delivery, it was easily resolved the same day. Outstanding Service! We were referred to ShipSmart to ship two pieces of antique furniture from PA to CA. The time between pick up and delivery of the furniture was about 1 month and the process could not have gone more smoothly. The men who picked up the furniture from our apartment were professional and respectful of the pieces, handling them with care. The packing was incredible with no scratches or damage whatsoever to the pieces. They even made a foam case to house the cabinet key which i didn't realize was inside! I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to ship furniture across the country.

Trust Ship Smart with your really importand shipping...we did !!! We cannot tell you how immensely excited we are about the amazing service we received from Ship Smart. We initially spoke to them on Tuesday July 26th. Less than 24 hours later the desk we were shipping was picked up at my sisters house in Davie, Florida. The desk was not in a box or crate. The desk was sent to the warehouse where it was very professionally and very securely wrapped and placed on a pallet. Literally seven days later the desk was in our home in Cincinnati, Ohio. While the speed and professional wrapping were important, the very best thing were the people I spoke to. No voice mails and no answering machines. Every time I spoke to someone they answered the phone and made sure everything was taken care of. In our case the desk was a 82 year old desk that my parents bought a few days after they were married in 1940. Ship Smart's care and service were simply wonderful.

So easy! Really great experience! I was trying to get some boxes from my parents' house to mine, too many to ship, but not enough to go for a full-on mover. They picked up the boxes on that end, and dropped them off at mine, and everything arrived in great shape. I was worried it would be a huge pain to move, or that I'd have to mess around with packing up a pallet on my own, but they made it easy.

Highly Recommend Our Ship Smart experience was excellent. We found their team to be responsive, professional, and they performed as agreed. We paid the extra amount to have the items moved into the house, unwrapped, and the wrapping materials were then removed from the house by the moving team. Ours was a small move from Amelia Island, FL to Chicago, IL. Small, but the items were precious to my mother. Most important was a 110 year old wicker tea cart. We even included a note that said "please treat this like your favorite great grandmother". The tea cart arrived in perfect condition, as well as the other furniture and boxes we packed. Honestly, it could not have gone more smoothly.

We were looking for a shipping option from scottsdale, Arizona to central minnesota. This company was professional, courteous, and helpful from day one. We received frequent updates…and our 238 pound metal giraffe arrived this week. It was packed great…no damage and the communication from company outstanding. 25 Years melted into weeks This was a shipment 25 years in the making. My grandmother's cedar chest sat dilapidated in her garage in the 80s. A family member decided to refurbish it and restored it to a condition that was better than when it was purchased almost 80 years prior to its garage days. Sadly, it sat again for another 25 years in an old farmhouse in rural North Dakota, along with my grandmothers Prarie rose dishes. Prarie rose is the state flower of North Dakota, my birth place, the place I never wanted to leave but life had a different plan. So, after 25 years of living in an aunts attic I decided it was time for ALL of these things to become fully mine. ShipSmart was the ONLY company that get these precious items from North Dakota to Kentucky. It came much faster than quoted and in perfect condition. A piece of my heart is with me now. If I can't be home I can carry them with me wherever I move to next. Interesting side note, some of the china was wrapped by my mom and aunt. They used newspaper that was dated September 11, 2001. How on earth could I possibly throw that away?? Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Proven to be trustworthy and careful This is the second time I've used ShipSmart to carry items across the country to my daughter that had belonged to my parents or my family while growing up. They treated these items like they were priceless museum pieces, even though they were worth that only to us. They are worth every penny, in my estimation.

Furniture Move From South Carolina to Utah We had antique furniture, paintings and musical instruments delivered from Charleston, SC to Salt Lake City, UT. in November 2021.We had a smaller load than a regular moving company wanted to deal with. I was informed that Ship Smart was the best way to handle the move.From start to finish, Ship Smart came through for us.The staff that assisted with the initial booking were quite helpful and knowledgeable.The movers that packed the items were careful and respectful. Excellent Company It's pretty nerve-racking figuring out which company to trust your possessions with. I had Ship Smart pick up my things from a storage unit and drive it across the country, and all the communication went smoothly and everyone was professional. Usually there are some frustrations in a process like this, but every person I talked to did their job well. Usually calling in and dealing with someone you've never talked to before can be frustrating, but everyone I dealt with was great, from operators to the person at the warehouse to the truck driver who delivered.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE AND DELIVERY Every stage of this move of my beloved mother's unusual sofa was top notch. Great, clearly explained procedure, plenty of goal-focused contact from customer service agents, they connected me to the pickup shipping contractor, I had confirmation in real time that all had been picked up appropriately. They assigned one customer service person to handle the whole procedure for the phone portion. Delivered on time, cheerfully, efficiently, quickly, handled the sofa with "kid gloves", and they absolutely knew what they were doing loading the sofa into my home, spotlessly. If I could give an 11 out of 10 review, I would!

Greatly Appreciate! As part of my attempt to move a small number of items from one coast to the other, there was some confusion at the loading site regarding the contents of my contract. It resulted in far more items being moved then I had desired. In retrospect, I strongly recommend that individuals be present at the loading site when possible. It will help alleviate confusion and clarify any questions. That said, Ship Smart was able to reimburse me for the amount that was in question. Greatly appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness!

I was very happy with my experience with Ship Smart Inc. The packers came promptly and very quickly loaded my boxes onto the pallets and shrink-wrapped them securely. I was contacted when my shipment arrived at the distribution center in order to arrange delivery. I had to change the delivery date several times due to circumstances beyond my control and the local shipper was very accommodating. The boxes were delivered when promised and everything was in very good condition.

Awesome service! My parents have recently passed and I am selling the family home. The china cabinet that Shipsmart shipped from NY to FL was my Grandmother's. It is oval in shape, lots of glass, antique and very delicate. Your guys came and wrapped that china cabinet over and over! My family and I were in awe as we watched them load it onto the truck. Several weeks later, we were notified it was ready for delivery in FL. I was not back in FL yet, but my daughter was home to receive the delivery. She told me she held her breath (knowing how much it means to me to get my Grandmother's china cabinet here) as the guys unwrapped it, and it was PERFECT! This china cabinet is over 80 years old and means SO MUCH TO ME!!!I now have it displayed in my dining room, and I love it!!! Shipping 1,000 Miles Away Several years ago my mother used Ship Smart to ship me a dining room table and sideboard. The pieces arrived and were packed incredibly well as if they were being sent by a museum. The move that never happened Thirteen months ago Ship Smart, Inc. picked up items I was sending from VA to CA, in anticipation of a move. Of course, there was COVID, then there were the fires and then there was a change in the decision to move. So, for those thirteen months, my items remained safely in their local warehouse. During this time I had to arrange to pick up several items. The staff was helpful and all was handled professionally. Just this week, 13 months later, I arranged to pick up my stuff from the same place it had been stored, never having moved across the country. The company representative kept in touch, was helpful, professional and working with him in this stressful situation was a pleasure. We picked up my items without incident.
