When the Texas Team picked up the items -- they were so nice and accommodating and were not flustered at all by the extra items. They were professional and really great to work with. It was a hot day in the summer and they were had to go up and down several flights of stairs-- however it was not a problem for them. They were really wonderful to work with.They packed up the boxes in a professional crate and sealed it with care. The items were received in perfect condition and the driver was able to place the crates in the garage. I was quoted a time frame which was fine since I was not in a hurry to get the items. Again this is a freight company and if you need the items unloaded, unpacked and delivered by a certain time-- perhaps this is not the company for you.
