It is important to note that they are not a moving company but a shipping company as the process is entirely different. Since I was fairly flexible on my pick up date and completely flexible on my delivery date-- it was a wonderful resource. Dealing with the main office was easy and the quote they provided was reasonable. The actual invoice was greater than the quote but that was because I had underestimated how much I was actually moving. When the Texas Team picked up the items -- they were so nice and accommodating and were not flustered at all by the extra items. They were professional and really great to work with. It was a hot day in the summer and they were had to go up and down several flights of stairs-- however it was not a problem for them. They were really wonderful to work with.They packed up the boxes in a professional crate and sealed it with care. The items were received in perfect condition and the driver was able to place the crates in the garage. I was quoted a time frame which was fine since I was not in a hurry to get the items. Again this is a freight company and if you need the items unloaded, unpacked and delivered by a certain time-- perhaps this is not the company for you.
